Where do you deliver?+
We serve Rockwall, Lavon, and the surrounding towns. Delivery and pickup are free in our Free Service Area. Locations in our Extended Service Area add a flat $20 fee per leg — $20 if one location is extended, $40 if both are. Use the Service Area section above to check your move.
How long can I keep the totes?+
Each rental includes up to two weeks with the totes.
Can I keep them longer than two weeks?+
Yes. If you need more time, rental extensions are available. Contact us before your rental period ends to arrange additional time.
Are the totes clean when they arrive?+
Yes. Totes are cleaned between rentals and delivered ready for you to use.
What happens if a tote gets damaged?+
Normal wear from regular use is expected. If a tote is lost or significantly damaged, an additional replacement fee may apply.
Do you move the packed totes for me?+
No. We are a tote rental service, not a moving company. We deliver the empty totes to you and pick them up once your move is complete and the totes are empty.
